The Teutopolis Board of Trustees approved the incubator lease for an additional year at their meeting Wednesday night.
In the meeting, the Board was approached with two public requests. The first was from Kevin Roepke. Roepke was interested in installing a septic system on property on Water Street. The Board approved the installation. The second request was from Greg Gillispie regarding the incubator lease. Gillispie wanted to extend the lease an additional year, to which the Board agreed and approved.
Additionally, the Board passed Ordinance No. 874, which authorized the purchase of real estate. The property being purchased will cost approximately $499,000. The sale will be held on Thursday, April 13th.
