Effingham County Jail – December 23, 2016
- 30 year old, Matthew L. Budde, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for domestic battery. Budde posted $750.
- 31 year old, Amy L. Fancher, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for a theft under $500. Fancher posted $150.
- 24 year old, Hannah M. Shearer, of Teutopolis was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County warrant for failure to appear on possession of adulterants. Shearer posted $750.
- 37 year old, Jennifer L. Zeitler, of St Elmo was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Madison County warrant for failure to appear for driving while under the influence of drugs. Zeitler posted $325.
- 55 year old, Kimberly S. Guthrie, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for disorderly conduct.
- 26 year old, Robert R. Barker, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for battery. Barker was given a notice to appear.
Effingham County Jail – December 24, 2016
- 25 year old, Henry J. Waldhoff, of Dieterich was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol. Waldhoff posted $100 and a valid driver’s license.
- 31 year old, Andrew C. Finfrock, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage. Finfrock posted $100 and a valid driver’s license.
- 35 year old, Jose F. Santiago, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for battery.
- 19 year old, Devon L. Coates, of Alton was arrested by the Illinois State Police for no valid driver’s license. Coates posted $150.
Effingham County Jail – December 25, 2016
- 21 year old, Nathan F. Rouleau, of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for criminal trespass to property, unlawful use of a weapon, criminal damage to property over $500, and battery.
- 68 year old, Glenn C. Lewis, of Mason was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for leaving the scene of an accident involving vehicular damage and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Lewis posted $150 and was released.
