The Teutopolis Board of Education is set to hold a tax levy hearing tonight beginning at 6:30 p.m. in their Unit Office next to Teutopolis High School. During this time members of the public will be allowed to comment and ask questions about the tax levy. The regular board meeting will begin directly after the Tax Hearing, at which point the board will vote on the tax levy’s approval.
Also on the agenda for Monday will be a discussion on the High School and Junior High Buildings and a motion to start a preschool program at the grade school. There is also request from St. Francis Parish regarding morning transportation.
Superintendent Bill Fritcher will also update the board on Teutopolis Foundation activities, give a technology update, and discuss the Unit Office Holiday hours. The board will also hold a closed session.
