Cumberland fell behind early and couldn’t come back falling to Casey-Westfield 50-44. Casey led after the first quarter 13-9 and 23-16 at the half. Cumberland came back to make it 35-33 going into the fourth and had the game tied late in the fourth quarter but couldn’t finish the game. Casey was led by Ethan Gilbert who had 18 points, including 5 in the last 2 minutes of the game. Casey also got points from Logan Hawker who had 17 points. Cumberland was led by Tyson Magee who had 16 points and Zach Wolke who scored 13 points. Cumberland is now 4-2 on the season and will host Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond on Friday.
