Bernie Sanders plans to lay off hundreds of campaign workers. The Democratic presidential candidate told “The New York Times” he’s cutting back on staff and focusing on winning California. The Vermont Senator lost four of the five state primaries yesterday to Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton. Sanders said that despite the staff cutbacks, he’ll remain in the race through this summer’s Democratic convention.
