Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Sheriff Kuhns stopped by for his monthly interview to talk about safety for summer events and activities, and also recognized heroic acts by local residents and officers at the Sheriff’s Department. All the recognitions were given at the County Board meeting on Monday.
