Chicago, IL -(Effingham Radio)- Illinois election managers say they won’t know for a little while if the huge early voting numbers are just people getting their vote out of the way.
Cook County Clerk David Orr told the Chicago Tribune yesterday that it remains to be seen if the early voting numbers are part of a larger, overall uptick in voter turnout.
Most indicators are that more people will vote early in Illinois this year than in any other midterm election in the state’s history.
