SPRINGFIELD, IL-(EFFINGHAM RADIO)- Illinois schools are finally getting paid under the state’s new funding formula.
Illinois Comptroller Susana Mendoza yesterday said her office sent 350-million-dollars to hundreds of schools across the state.
This is the first time schools are being paid under a new measurement checklist.
Some schools are getting more under the new formula, but no school will get less.
