SPRINGFIELD, IL -(EFFINGHAM RADIO)- Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner says he wants a balanced budget, pension reform, a new road building plan, and ethics changes by the end of May.
The governor yesterday laid out his to-do list for the remainder of the spring session.
Rauner says he wants a full-year, balanced budget from the Democratic-controlled legislature, but that’s easier said than done.
