CLAY COUNTY, IL-(EFFINGHAM RADIO)- The Clay County Board is set to meet on Thursday, April 12th at 6:00pm.
At this meeting, the Board will begin by acknowledging guests before hearing reports and updates from the Claim Committee, 911, the University of Illinois Extension, the Board of Health, the Sheriff, the Treasurer, the County Engineer, and the Hospital.
In addition, the Supervisor of Assessments will bring four items to the Board.
These are consideration of three reappointments, Davetta Dunigan to the Board of Review, Jack Hastings to the Board of Review, and Hugh Kessler to the Farmland Assessment Committee, and an office update.
The States Attorney will then address the Board to discuss a possible resolution regarding the opioid litigation.
The Board will also consider the approval of medical staff credentials, the County debit card, and a request for qualifications for Smartwatt.
