EFFINGHAM, IL -(Effingham Radio) – The Dieterich Village Board is set to meet on Monday, April 2nd at 6:30pm.
During the meeting, the Board will hear a report from Village Engineer, Lee Beckman, which includes the ITEP 2013 and 2016 Projects, the entrance monument to the Hartke Subdivision, discussing a dry hydrant installation on the west end of Liberty Park pond, and consideration of awarding the Park Street Asphalt Project to the low bidder, Effingham Asphalt.
The Board will then discuss holding a village clean-up day.
The Board will also discuss and possibly act on four items of new business.
These include a resolution authorizing the execution of a water supply agreement with EJ Water, filing a recommendation letter from the Board of Zoning Appeals and Planning to approve the amended comprehensive plan for the village, and approving the MAS service order quote for the Dieterich Cemetery mapping and GIS services.
The Board will then go into closed session to discuss personnel matters and/or land purchase.
