The Effingham County Board is set to meet on Monday at 4:00pm.
During the meeting, the Board will recognize those that wish to speak on agenda and non-agenda items. The Board will then hear a presentation from the 4H for “Honoring Elected Officials Week”. The Board will then consider a resolution honoring the farm bureau for 100 years, approving the safety handbook, and the University of Illinois Extension Budget of $94,000. The Board will also present Effingham County FISH Human Services with $700 Illinois Counties Association Check, before discussing a permanent easement with the City of Effingham for sanitary sewer along the Airport Road, project updates on the Obstruction Removal Project and Bid Results for the Apron Expansion, and a St Francis Bridge Aid petition.
The Effingham County Board meets in the Third Floor Meeting Room of the Effingham County Office Building in Downtown Effingham.
