- 19 year old, Shyanne L McCarty, of Mattoon was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for domestic battery. McCarty posted $300.
- 26 year old, Antoniyo A Garmon, of Mattoon was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for unlicensed.
- 27 year old, Malcolm D Hill, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County original warrant for possession of contraband in a penal institution and a Coles County failure to appear warrant for forgery.
- 40 year old, Sarah E.R. Ullrich, of Mason was arrested by the Illinois State Police on an Effingham County failure to appear attachment for contempt. Ullrich posted $300.
- 37 year old, Roxanna M Rockwood, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of Methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, civil possession of cannabis, expired registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and a Clay County failure to appear warrant for possession of Methamphetamine precursors.
- 73 year old, Jacqueline D Wiseman, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while license is suspended.
- 62 year old, Dennis L Allsop, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while license is revoked and improper lane usage. Allsop posted $150.
- 25 year old, Dillon S Beccue, of Edgewood was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for disorderly conduct. Beccue posted $150.

February 14, 2018
- At 11:43pm at 1805 W Fayette, a semi driven by 63 year old, Johnnie H Teal, of Orchard, Colorado rolled backward into a semi driven by 47 year old, Kshitij Gaur, of Brampton, Ontario, Canada. No injuries or citations were reported.
February 21, 2018
- At 7:24pm south of the intersection of Fayette and Outer Belt West, a vehicle driven by 62 year old, Dennis L Allsop, of Mattoon attempted to pass a semi driven by 36 year old, Joseph A Sizemore, of Weston, Georgia, as the semi was conducting a left-hand turn. This resulted in Allsop’s vehicle striking the semi. No injuries were reported. Allsop was ticketed for driving while license is revoked and improper lane usage.

- 57 year old, Randall Seesengood, of Clay City was arrested on a Clay County failure to appear warrant for violation of order of protection. Seesengood posted bond and was released.
- 33 year old, Misty D. Baker, of Neoga, was arrested on a Clay County failure to appear warrant for obstructing identification and a Wayne County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Baker posted bond on both warrants and was released.

- 32 year old, Gary W. Sims, of Flora was arrested on a Clay County failure to appear warrant for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Sims posted bond and was released.

- 24 year old, Dayne Harrison, of Cisne was arrested on a Clay County failure to appear warrant for operation of uninsured motor vehicle. Harrison posted bond and was released.
- 66 year old, John D. Hill, of Clay City was arrested for violation of bond. Hill was released on a later date.
- 37 year old, Lance Weaver, of Sailor Springs was arrested on a Clay County failure to appear warrant for deceptive practice. Weaver posted bond and was released.
Crashes
February 20, 2018
- At 7:04 p.m. at the intersection of Chestnut Street and Lynn Street in Louisville, a vehicle driven by 62 year old, Debra O’Dell, of Louisville, was stopped at the stop sign and entered the intersection failing to see an eastbound vehicle driven by 38 year old, Heather Wells, of Louisville, striking the Wells vehicle. A passenger in the Wells vehicle was transported to Clay County Hospital for minor injuries.
- At 11:39 a.m. south of the intersection of Hurricane Creek Road and Bucktown Lane, a vehicle driven by 33 year old, Todd Kocher, of Noble, was traveling northbound on Hurricane Creek Road and upon cresting the hill, met a southbound vehicle driven by 60 year old, Lori Quinn, of Louisville. The two vehicles struck. No injuries were reported.
All persons listed are innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
