- 31 year old, Andrew M Purcell, Homeless was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for contempt of court on a failed drug test.
- 27 year old, Malcolm D Hill, Homeless was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of Methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- 25 year old, Scottie L Bone, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while license is revoked. Bone posted $150.
- 49 year old, Cherie R Souza, of Cherokee Village, Arkansas was arrested by Security Transport on an Effingham County warrant for possession of Methamphetamine.
- 21 year old, Vondell T Strong, of Chicago was arrested by the Illinois State Police for obstructing justice, obstructing ID, and on a Paducah, Kentucky Police Department failure to appear warrant for theft by deception.
- 19 year old, Andre L Walker, of Carbondale was arrested by the Illinois State Police for obstructing justice, obstructing ID, driving while license is suspended, and speeding.
