- 35 year old, Keven G Dybowski, of Marion was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Kendell County failure to appear warrant for driving while license is suspended. Dybowski posted $325 and was released.
- 49 year old, Christopher L Brown, of Indianapolis was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County original warrant for burglary.
- 18 year old, Trey M Cain, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for battery. Cain posted $150 and was released.
- 31 year old, Kasandra S Henson, of Teutopolis was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on a Clay County warrant for aggravated driving while license is revoked and driving while under the influence.

- At 6:30am at 2500 N 3rd, an unknown vehicle struck a parked semi owned by Sprucewood Leasing, King City, of Ontario, Canada. No injuries or citations were reported at this time.
- At 6:15pm at 1701 W Evergreen, a parked semi owned by D&J Express Transportation, of Miami, Florida failed to have an emergency brake engaged. The semi subsequently rolled into another parked semi owned by Kevin Martin, of Alvord, Texas. No injuries or citations were reported.
- At 10:05pm at 1702 W Evergreen, a semi driven by 47 year old, Anthony J Robinson, of Hollywood, Florida backed into a parked semi owned by New Prime Inc., of Springfield, Missouri. No injuries or citations were reported.
