A Greenville man was recently sentenced to four years in prison.
According to a press release from the Fayette County State’s Attorney’s Office, 37 year old, Daniel W Haberer had pled guilty to two counts of unlawful possession of weapons by a felon, a Class 3 Felony, on October 31st. That day, Judge Michael McHaney sentenced Haberer to 48 months in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
Haberer’s sentence will run concurrent to a sentence of five years Haberer was sentenced to in Bond County after he pled guilty to Violation of Sex Offender Registration.
