(Chicago, IL) — If you buy your health insurance through Illinois’ Obamacare exchange, chances are you’re going to pay more. The Illinois Department of Insurance yesterday sent the state’s new rate schedule to the federal government. Prices look to jump anywhere from about 25-percent to 33-percent. There also look to be fewer choices, particularly for small businesses in the state. Thirteen counties in Illinois will have only one insurance company to choose from next year.
