A St Elmo man was found guilty of four charges in Fayette County Court on Wednesday.
According to a press release from the Fayette County State’s Attorney’s Office, 47 year old, Thomas J McCall was found guilty by a Jury for Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Use of Property, and Possession of Cannabis. The release state that McCall was made aware of his 6th Amendment Right to be present at his trial. McCall waived this right by not appearing and his Jury Trial was conducted without him present.
A hearing has been set for McCall’s sentencing on September 21st at 1:00pm.
