- 23 year old, Devin W. Miller, of Windsor was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Coles County failure to appear warrant for driving while license suspended/revoked. Miller posted $225 and was released.
- 28 year old, Blane B. Buchanan, of Granite City was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.
- 50 year old, Rob R. French, of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for theft under $500 and an Effingham County warrant for receiving/possession/selling of a stolen vehicle.

- At 5:42pm at 1701 W. Evergreen, an unknown semi struck a semi driven by 38 year old, Louis Louigene, of Dover, Delaware. No injuries or citations were reported at this time.

- 29 year old, Anthony D. Rentfro, of Sullivan was arrested in the 100 block of Wabash Avenue for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance. Rentfro was taken to jail.
