Stevens Industries was recently selected as the Lead Pacesetter Company by the United Way of Effingham County for the 2017 Campaign.
The United Way announced the selection at a meeting on June 14th at the Holiday Inn. As the Lead Pacesetter Company, Stevens will be spotlighted by the United Way. Additionally, Stevens will speak to other businesses that are interested in conducting a campaign at the United Way Kick-Off Luncheon Meeting on August 29th at 12:00pm at the Effingham KC Hall.
Lisa Koerner stated, “We at Stevens Industries are pleased to be this year’s United Way Lead Pacesetter Company. Our team is excited to share ideas for increasing company and community awareness of the United Way 25 local partner agencies. The work these agencies do is important and inspiring. We’re honored to support them through United Way contributions”. Koerner is a member of the Stevens United Way committee.
