- 23 year old, Robert E. Bone, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of Methamphetamine.
- 20 year old, Cole D. Borton, of Edgewood was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County original warrant for theft. Borton posted $1,000.
- 54 year old, Larry J. Rine, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while license is revoked. Rine posted $150.
- 45 year old, Robert J. Austin, of Mason was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for criminal damage to property, a civil charge of possession of cannabis, and a civil charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- 47 year old, Richard A. Griffin, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for two counts of burglary and two counts of theft over $500.
- 32 year old, Michael L. Brown, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of stolen property.
- 54 year old, Al L. Davis, of Tower Hill was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while license is suspended and speeding. Davis was given bond by the Illinois State Police.
- 26 year old, Steven D. Pieniazek, of Schenetady, New York was arrested by the Altamont Police Department on a Fayette County failure to appear warrant for driving while license is suspended. Pieniazek posted $225.
- 25 year old, Jacobb N. Durham, of Edgewood was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for domestic battery.
- 46 year old, Steven R. Stout, of Greenup was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for a Cumberland County failure to appear warrant for possession of Methamphetamine.
