(Urbana, IL) — The judge in former Congressman Aaron Schock’s case says he’s not going to allow Schock’s lawyers to ‘second guess’ the grand jury. The judge yesterday denied a request from Schock’s lawyers to get a copy of the grand jury transcript. Schock was supposed to go on trial this summer on charges that he lived large on government and campaign dollars. But the judge said he’s likely to delay the trial for a year.
