The family who lost their home in a fire on Wednesday is needing clothing.
According to the family’s son, Kent, the Stuckey’s are in need of clothing following the fire. In men’s clothing, they are in need of size Large shirts, size 33 width- 34 length pants, and size 9.5 wide shoes. Additionally, in women’s clothing they are in need of size XL shirts, size 12 pants, and size 7 shoes. According to Kent through generous donations, they have been able to obtain some clothing but remain in need of additional items of clothing.
The Stuckey’s lost their home in a fire that occurred on Wednesday on Cumberland Drive in the Heartville area. Upon arrival by the Watson Fire Department, crews found the garage of the residence on fire and the flames were spreading into the home. After pulling several area fire departments for mutual aid, the firefighters were able to gain control of the fire; but not before it destroyed most of the home.
