- 23 year old, Avery E, Nance, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while license is suspended and a civil charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Nance posted $150.
- 24 year old, Alexander P. Embry, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for driving while license suspended. Embry posted $575.
- 41 year old, Deandre T. Ridley, of Maywood, Illinois was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while license revoked and speeding. Ridley posted $150.
- 36 year old, Eric L. Miller, of Watson was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for driving while license is suspended. Miller posted $375.
- 31 year old, John S. Chapman, of Henderson, Kentucky was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for possession of Methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of 10-30 grams of cannabis, and a civil charge of drug paraphernalia.
- 21 year old, Cheyenne F McWhorter, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possesion of Methamphetamine.
- 22 year old, Damon L. Douthit, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for two counts of possession of a controlled substance, a civil charge of possession of cannabis, and a civil charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- 26 year old, Zachary W. Fuller, of Jewett was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while license is revoked and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
- 20 year old, Delantae T. Purdiman, of Champaign was arrested by the Altamont Police Department for possession of a firearm by a felon, driving while license is suspended, and speeding.

- 18 year old, Christopher J. Arnold, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for no valid driver’s license, illegal consumption by a minor, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Arnold posted $150.
