Today is New Years Eve, which means that people are reflecting on the past year and are looking forward to 2017. As part of looking forward to the next year, individuals are making their New Years Resolutions. Recently, Marist College Institute for Public Opinion held a survey, asking individuals what their New Year’s Resolutions are. Here are their findings for the Top 6 New Year’s Resolutions.

- Lose weight.
- Exercise more.
- Spend less money/ save more money.
- Improve health.
- Eat Healthier.
In 2016, the top resolutions were lose weight, find a better job, exercise more, stop smoking, improve health, become a better person, eat healthier, and spend less/save more.
