The Teutopolis Board of Trustees met on Wednesday, December 21st.
The Board held a hearing to review delinquent water bills. As none of the individuals with delinquent bills were present at the hearing, the Village Foreman disconnected their water on the 22nd. Following the hearing, the Board approved the minutes from their December 7th meeting, as well as the Treasurer’s report and that the December bills be paid. Additionally, the Board approved Resolution No. 586, approving the support and commitment of local funds. They also authorized the Village President to sign the service agreement for $25,000 with SCIRPDC regarding a TIF application. Before adjourning their meeting, the Board discussed the issue of cars travelling too fast on Pearl St, Elm St, and Main St in front of the Grade School.
