Effingham County Jail – November 23, 2016:
- 41 year old, Sheree A. Chism, of Carbondale was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while license was suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, speeding 81 mph in a 70 mph zone, and civil citations of possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of 2.5-10 grams of cannabis. Chism posted $150 and was released.
- 18 year old, Alex R. Jackman, of Edgewood was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for contempt of court and failing a drug test, testing positive for THC.
- 57 year old, Davis W. Roseberry SR, of Villa Hills, Kentucky was arrested by the U.S. Prisoner Transport for an Effingham County original warrant of 2 counts of robbery. Roseberry posted $12,500 and was released.
- 47 year old, Richard N. Brabec, of Danville, Indiana was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while license was suspended and speeding 81 mph in a 70 mph zone. Brabec posted $150 and was released.
- 35 year old, Cody A. Jones, of Farina was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for a Fayette County failure to appear warrant for resisting a police officer, correctional employee, FRFTR and a Fayette County original warrant for aggravated criminal sexual abuse on a victim aged 13-17.
- 21 year old, Malik M. Brawley, of Indianapolis, Indiana was arrested by the Illinois State Police on a Farette County failure to appear warrant for possession of 2.5 to 10 grams of cannabis and possession of a stolen firearm.
- 21 year old, Javonte D. Brown, of Indianapolis, Indiana was arrested by the Illinois State Police for aggravated speeding, and a civil citation of possession of less than 10 grams of cannabis. Brown posted $150 and was released.
Effingham County Jail – November 24, 2016
- 21 year old, Dalton W. Allen. of Effingham was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while license is suspended. Allen posted $150 and was released.
- 19 year old, Wyatt J. Goeckner, of Dieterich was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol by a driver, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, and improper lane usage. Goeckner posted $100 and a valid driver’s license and was released.
