Three Kalamazoo, Michigan residents were injured in a Marion County accident that occurred on I-57, Saturday evening.
52 year old, Darlen Jones, was traveling southbound on I-57 in the right lane, when Jones jerked the steering wheel to the left. The vehicle came to a rest on the right shoulder of the northbound lanes. Darlen Jones and the two passengers, 35 year old, Ernest Jones, and 31 year old, James Joseph, were transported to Salem Township Hospital. Darlen Jones was then flown to Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis; Ernest Jones and James Joseph were flown to St. Louis University Hospital for treatment.
