The Illinois National Guard is banning Pokemon Go players from playing on its property. The announcement, which was announced on Friday, says that players of Pokemon Go or any other “internet augmented reality games” are forbidden from playing on any Army Nation Guard, Air Nation Guard of Illinois Department of Military Affairs Land. The Illinois National Guard claims that several people have shown up on its facilities and training centers throughout the state asking for access in order to hunt down Pokemon. The National Guard is taking steps to have its facilities removed as “PokeStops” and “Pokemon Gyms”.
