Two Effingham men were arrested after information regarding illegal methamphetamine distribution in Effingham was obtained by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office during a traffic stop on Thursday.
During the traffic stop, which occurred at 6:30 p.m. on Route 45 approximately 5 miles south of Effingham, officers learned information that implicated that 23-year-old Kendrick Miller, of Effingham, was selling methamphetamine out an Effingham Apartment Complex.
