Organizations that promote the visual arts now have the opportunity to apply for a grant from the Bill and Jacquelyn Jordan Anderson Fund for Visual Arts. The fund is available through the Effingham County Community Foundation. The grant is open to charitable organizations serving individuals in Effingham County that provide visual arts programs. This year there is $4,000 available for grants awarded to qualified organizations.
Applicants can view eligibility details and apply for the grant by visiting www.enrichingourcommunity.org/Get-A-Grant/AndersonArts. The deadline for application is Wednesday, June 15 before midnight.
As renowned local artists, Bill and Jacquelyn Jordan Anderson were committed to the promotion of the fine arts and deeply involved in the development of community programs designed to benefit youth in Effingham County.
