A former inmate of the Federal Prison Camp in Greenville has pleaded guilty to an Indictment charging her with Escape. The charge against 52-year-old Shelia B. Hatfield stemmed from an incident on March 9, 2015 when she was found at a convenience store outside the prison camp’s grounds. An investigation determined that she had not received authorization to leave the grounds of FPC-Greenville.
Hatfield faces a term of imprisonment of not more than five years, a fine up to $250,000, or both, and a term of supervised release of not more than three years. Hatfield’s sentencing is scheduled for May 3, 2016, in Benton, Illinois.
