A Robinson man has been indicted by a federal grand jury on methamphetamine related charges
36-year-old Michael L. Goff is facing three charges in total. The three charges allege that between May and September of this year Goff possessed methamphetamine, or a mixture and substance containing methamphetamine with the intent to distribute. The three charges occurred in Crawford and Richland County, the state of Indiana, and additional unnamed locations. The charges vary in the amount of Methamphetamine possessed.
If found guilty, Goff could face a minimum of five years and up to life in prison depending on the charge. He could also face fines up to $16,000,000.
