Six people have been arrested and charged in Jasper County with methamphetamine related drug offenses.
The arrests occurred during the early morning hours of Friday, October 2 when a search warrant was used at a residence in Wheeler. The Jasper County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31-year-old Tiffany D. Winters (Bruce), 31-year-old Bobbie S. Jayne, 35-year-old Michael E. Jayne, 38-year-old Victor H. Jayne, 24-year-old Seth J. Hahn, and 56-year-old Dana B. “Brad” Souden. All six suspects are facing the Class X felony charge of Methamphetamine Conspiracy.
Hahn is also charged with Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursor, a Class 2 Felony. His bond was set at $75,000. Souden was also charged with Aggravated Participation in Methamphetamine Manufacturing, a Class X felony. His bond was set at $50,000. Tiffany Winters, and Bobbie, Michael, and Victor Jayne were also charged with Aggravated Participation in Methamphetamine Manufacturing, and Methamphetamine Related Child Endangerment. Bobbie Jayne’s bond is set at $50,000, while Tiffany, Michael and Victor have a bond of $150,000.
The charges against all six defendants are considered Aggravated because they occurred at a property where a minor resides.
