Brad Halbrook has announced his candidacy for State Representative of the 102 District. Halbrook is the third candidate for the seven county district, which includes all or parts of Shelby, Douglas, Champaign, Vermilion, Moultrie, Macon and Edgar counties.
In 2012 Halbrook was appointed to the 110th District seas after Roger Eddy left the position to take over the State Association of School Boards. He did not run for reelection for the 110th District during the most recent election. Halbrook is the third republican to announce their candidacy for the 110th District.
