I’m fan of the Chicago Bulls and Michael Jordan. This goes back to the days in elementary school that I would doddle the Bulls logo in my notebooks.
I don’t know why the giant of a legend Michael Jordan would sue a defunct Chicagoland grocery chain for a 2009 promotion now. Well…this litigation has been in the works during a time that Dominick’s was still around. The Chicago Tribune is reporting that Michael Jordan is suing the now defunct Dominick’s Food and Drug grocery store for a promotion that they held in 2009. The promotion was for a coupon selling $2 steaks that were tied to Mr. Jordan being that the steaks were “A Cut Above The Rest.” Only 2 people redeemed this coupon.
Opening arguments started today, this expected to last about a week.
